We make your website and your phone work for you.
Your AI go-to-market team — everything we can do to generate leads for you.
Not just answering the phone. We get your shop found on Google and inside the AI assistants people now ask, post where your neighbors are already looking, and go out after the work that hasn't found you yet — then hand every customer a priced estimate from a photo in 30 seconds. Every job traced back to the channel that produced it.

Job on the calendar. Nobody at the shop touched a phone.
Your shop isn't losing jobs on price. It's losing them on pickup.
Three leaks, all of them quiet, all of them happening while you're under a car with a spray gun in your hand.
The calls nobody answers
Across the trades, more than a third of inbound calls go unanswered. Yours ring at lunch, at 6pm, on Saturday. Voicemail is where a $4,700 repair goes to die.

The half hour before you call back
Reply in five minutes and you're nine times more likely to book the job. Most shops reply the next morning. By then they've texted three other shops and taken the first quote back.

The website that just sits there
A phone number, a photo of the lot, and hours that were right in 2019. It doesn't rank for "collision repair near me," it doesn't answer a question, and it has never booked a single job.

We don't wait for the phone to ring. We make it ring.
Answering services capture demand that already exists. A go-to-market team creates it. We do both — generate the work, answer every channel it arrives on, and close it while the customer is still holding their phone.
We generate the demand
A website built to rank for the searches that happen in your city — and presence everywhere else people actually decide: AI assistants, your Google profile, Nextdoor, Reddit, the local forums. Plus outbound to the work that hasn't found you yet.
- Website + on-site SEO for your city and specialties
- Named when someone asks an AI where to get repaired
- Google Business Profile posts, Nextdoor, Reddit, forums
- Outbound campaigns that go get the job
We answer every channel
The phone is one channel of several. Voice, text, web chat, Facebook, Instagram — all answered 24 hours a day, in your shop's name. It sounds like your front desk because it is your front desk.
- Answers voice, SMS, web chat and social
- Books straight onto your calendar
- Follows up on the ones who go quiet
- Takes the deposit, then asks for the Google review
We close it in 30 seconds
The customer sends a photo of the damage. Before they've put the phone down they have a priced repair estimate with your labor rate on it. Nobody else answering your phone can do this.
- Vision AI reads the damage from the photo
- Priced against real parts and labor data
- Line items in the format insurers expect
- Lands in your inbox as a qualified job
Photo in, priced estimate out
Channels we work on your behalf
Every lead is tagged with the channel that produced it. You see which ones are earning and which ones aren't — and so do we, because that's what the 5% is measured against.
A photo goes in. A real estimate comes out.
Every other tool in this space sends the customer a form and a promise to call back. We send them a number. It's built on repair data we scraped and maintain ourselves — not a guess, and not a national average.

Two real shops, two real sites, two working phone lines. Send the chat a photo and watch it price the repair.
$299 a month, and 5% of what we actually bring in.
The flat fee covers everything above, phone line included. The 5% only applies to jobs we sourced and you collected on. If we don't bring you the job, there is nothing to share.
Demand generation, website, SEO, AI-assistant presence, every channel answered, photo estimates, per-channel attribution. All of it.
5% of collected revenue on jobs we source
Only on work that came through us and that you got paid for. Your existing customers, your referrals, your insurance work — none of that counts.
- Every channel included — no per-channel upsell
- Telephony and texting absorbed — no separate phone bill
- No setup fee, no contract, cancel anytime

What a booked job costs you
Typical spend per job that actually lands on the calendar.
| Channel | Per booked job |
|---|---|
| Angi | $542 |
| Thumbtack | $250 |
| RepairSnap | ~$235 |
Cheaper than Angi. Cheaper than Thumbtack. And the difference that matters: the customer is already on your calendar with an estimate in hand — not a shared lead that three other shops just bought at the same time.

Common questions
What does the 5% actually apply to?
Only jobs we sourced and you collected on. A customer who found you through the website we built, or who texted the line we answer, books the work, and pays you -- that job counts. Your existing customers, your referrals, your insurance DRP work, the guy who walks in off the street: none of that counts. If we don't bring you the job, there is nothing to share.
What if the AI estimate is way off?
Every estimate says "estimated range," not "quote." It's built on real market data -- 39 vehicle databases, your state's actual labor rates, and thousands of real repair costs -- so it sets far more realistic expectations than whatever your customer found on Google. When they walk in with a ballpark that's already close, you close faster.
Do I have to give up my phone number or my domain?
No. You keep both. We build on your domain and route through your number. If you ever leave, the website and the number stay yours.
I'm not tech-savvy. Do I have to set this up?
You don't set up anything. We build the site, write the pages, wire the phone line, and load your pricing and hours. You look it over, you approve it, it goes live. Changes after that go through us too -- you text us, we handle it.
Is there a separate phone bill?
No. Telephony and texting are absorbed into the $299. No separate phone account, no per-minute charges, no per-message charges, no surprise line item.
How is this different from Angi or Thumbtack?
Those sell you a lead -- often the same lead they just sold three other shops -- and you still have to call it, qualify it, and quote it. Angi runs about $542 per job that actually books; Thumbtack about $250. With RepairSnap the customer came to your website, talked to your phone line, already has an estimate, and is already on your calendar. It works out around $235 a booked job, and the job is yours alone.
Is this just an AI answering service?
No, and the difference is the whole point. An answering service waits for demand you already created and picks up the phone faster. We create the demand -- your website and its SEO, being the shop AI assistants name when someone asks, your Google Business Profile, Nextdoor, Reddit, the local forums, and outbound campaigns that go after work that hasn't found you yet. Answering every channel 24/7 is one part of the job, not the job. And every lead is tagged with the channel that produced it, so you can see which ones actually earned.
How is this different from CCC, Podium, or BodyShop Booster?
CCC Engage runs $600-1,200/mo and still needs someone to estimate manually. Podium and BodyShop Booster give you a chat widget that answers FAQs and collects a name. None of them build or rank your website, and none of them can look at a photo of a crushed quarter panel and price the repair. We do all three.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month-to-month, no contract, no cancellation fee. If it isn't earning, you walk away -- and you keep your site and your number.
Your website and your phone should be earning.
Right now they're two bills. Give us 48 hours and they're the two things bringing work through the door — with a 30-second estimate nobody else in your market can hand a customer.
No contract. No setup fee. Cancel anytime.
